When choosing to have a birthday party celebration at Sunset Lanes our staff will work hard to make sure your celebration provides you with many pleasant memories. Please review the following information to make certain that you understand how we organize your party.
Your first step is to contact our Event Director and put down a $10.00 non-refundable deposit per lane reserved. You will be responsible to pay the full party price for all lanes that you have reserved.The deposit will be applied to your final tab on the day of the party. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover or cash as payment. . We are sorry but we cannot accept personal checks.
Each lane that you have reserved includes the following:
One hour and 20 minutes of bowling plus 40 minutes of additional party time for eating and opening presents.
One 14-inch cheese, pepperoni, sausage, or hamburger pizza and one 72 oz. pitcher of soda or lemonade, and ice cream.
Additional food and beverages may be purchased and added to your party tab. Please notify the party host as soon as possible so it can be prepared in a timely manner.
One lane will accommodate 4-6 bowlers. If you are going to have additional guests attending, the party area will most likely not be able to accommodate them adequately. Space at and behind each lane is limited in seating capacity. Please take this into consideration when reserving the number of lanes for your party.
Standard paper plates, cups, spoons, forks and napkins and tablecloths are provided. You may bring in themed settings if you like. CONFETTI, SILLY STRING AND PARTY POPPERS are NOT permitted. The staff will help enter names in the scoring units and activate bumpers for children as requested. We also assist with getting the proper bowling shoes and balls for the children, along with handling any difficulties that may occur with the bowling machinery during bowling. We deliver food and beverages to the party tables. For your convenience, the staff cleans up the party area at the completion of the party.
PLEASE NOTE: Gratuity for staff is not included in the price of your party, but is greatly appreciated.
It is best if you arrive about 15 minutes prior to the start of your party and to let your guests know that they should arrive about 10 minutes prior. Your party will begin on time and you will enjoy 1 hour and 20 minutes of glow in the dark "cosmic" or classic bowling.
PLEASE NOTE: Additional food and beverages may be ordered from our Snack Bar. Please feel free to bring in your own birthday cake, cookie or cupcakes (don't forget the serving knife and candles). No other food or beverages may be brought into the center.
At the conclusion of bowling, your party will move from the bowling area onto the concourse area where your party table is set up in order to enjoy pizza, soda, ice cream and opening presents.
IMPORTANT: It is necessary that you and your guests vacate the bowling area and tables when the party concludes, as we have another party and/or league scheduled right behind your session.
